Bravado’s local coverage is better than any other carrier in our service area, hands down. To see if you’re in our network, check Bravado’s coverage map or contact our expert team.

If you’re an existing customer experiencing spotty coverage, try one of the following tricks to get connected again:

  • Restart your phone. Sometimes, simply restarting your phone can resolve most connectivity issues.
  • Reset the network. If restarting your phone doesn’t work, try turning on Airplane Mode, and then after 15 seconds turn it off. This can be similar to restarting your phone, but from a network standpoint.
  • Contact Bravado customer service. If the above solutions don’t work, contact us for further assistance. We may need to troubleshoot your account or escalate the issue to our technical support team.

No Signal

These things happen. Luckily, we have a few tricks for finding a reliable connection again:

  • Check to see if your phone is in Airplane Mode. Make sure Airplane Mode is turned off. If it’s on, you won’t be able to receive any signals.
  • Check to see if you have a network connection by opening a web browser and going to a website. If you can’t connect to the internet, then it’s likely you don’t have a network connection.
  • Check if you’re in an area with poor signal strength. If you’re in an area with poor signal strength, then you may not be able to receive a signal. Try moving to a different location or going outside to see if the signal improves.

International Roaming

Bravado does not offer international roaming. We recommend buying a temporary prepaid SIM card. This guarantees coverage (or you can get support while in stores abroad), and it is a more cost-effective solution.
